Deepdene is a spacious seven-bedroom holiday home overlooking Charlcombe Valley, offering an unusual combination of countryside views, extensive gardens and easy access to Bath.

Arranged over three floors, the house has been designed for families and groups who want enough space to spend time together without everyone having to occupy the same room.

The main house has six bedrooms, including five generous bedrooms and a smaller single bedroom best suited to a child. A detached self-contained annexe approximately 20 metres from the house provides the seventh bedroom, with its own king bed, living space and bathroom.

Together, the house and annexe sleep up to 13 guests.

There are several living and entertaining spaces throughout the house, giving larger groups plenty of flexibility. Outside, the extensive gardens include a large level lawn, terrace and areas for relaxing, dining and games, with open views across Charlcombe Valley.

Guests also have private parking for approximately four cars.

The detached annexe is included with every full Deepdene booking and is never let to another holiday group during your stay. It provides particularly useful additional privacy for grandparents, another couple, older children or guests who would simply prefer their own space.

Deepdene is well placed for enjoying both Bath and the surrounding countryside. The city centre, restaurants, shops and historic sights are within easy reach, while countryside walks begin close to the property.

Deepdene works particularly well for family gatherings, weekends with friends, celebrations that do not involve parties or events, university visits and longer stays in Bath.

This is a peaceful residential setting, so parties and events are not permitted unless specifically agreed in advance.
